Alternators

Features:

Stators and rotors are checked to ensure that they exceed OEM specifications for conductivity, balance, trueness and are cleaned and re-insulated.
Each unit is 100% load tested to OEM specifications for high and low R.P.M. amperage output, field amperage, stator voltage, and A/C ripple using an electronic, variable speed, variable load tester and oscilloscope combination.
All Diodes and rectifiers are checked or replaced to ensure they exceed industry specifications.
OEM approved brushes are installed.
Anodized hardware is used to prevent corrosion buildup.
Aluminum pieces are are returned to original appearance.
Heavy duty electric motor grade bearings are used in every unit.
OEM approved repair hardness are included with Ford IAR alternators.
New OEM approved zener diode internal voltage regulator with secondary phase is used (when applicable).
